I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I had been shopping around for a memorial for my father's grave for months and finally found Quiring Monuments. The customer service is incredible; I immediately got my calls answered, not a voice prompt or recording. You can request a customer service representative. I have rarely met someone who is so prompt in replying, clarifies every step of the purchase, and leaves no room for error. I really appreciate her assistance in this entire matter. I described what I wanted, and from there on, it was completely taken care of including all correspondence with the cemetery. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable options with great customer service.
