My family and I had originally contracted with out funeral home here to complete a dual marker for our parents. Needless to say, that turned into the biggest fiasco of all time. We couldn't get anywhere with them and our design. It seemed that we couldn't use any artwork since it wasn't basic clip art. I was so happy when I called and spoke to your customer service representative about the problem we were having with designs and asked if your company could help.

Throughout the entire process, she provided suggestions and explained the next steps. My family couldn't be happier with the final design. She went above and beyond the call of duty.
