It is with great pleasure that I write to share my experience with your staff. In 2012 I was in search of a grave marker for my precious mother in the Bahamas. Having had bad experiences in the past with various overseas companies, I chose Quiring Moments with caution.

My first experience with Quiring was a "WOW” as the professionalism of Rep & staff exceeded my expectation. Nervous about my decision to purchase from a company so far away, I asked many questions of [your customer representative] and by the tone of her voice I could tell that she was caring & patient. I was offered helpful suggestions for extra nice design details and never was there hesitation on follow through of my request for changes. And I was kept informed each step of the production. The product believe you me is a master piece, as it stands out in the cemetery here in the Bahamas.

I am sure others can attest to the excellence of your company. Even [your representative] is still following up. I was made to feel special and I am sure that because of my experience there will be many other purchases for grave markers here in the Bahamas.
