Most recently I had the pleasure of doing business with your firm to build a companion monument for the graves of my mom and dad.

I started to work with another headstone/monument company and after taking my money I was told that the stone selection I had made was not in stock and would I kindly wait 16 weeks or choose one of two remaining colors they had in stock. After cancelling the payment to my credit card I started looking for another company and found Quiring. And what a difference between the two companies!

It was most fortunate for me that I was able to work with [your customer service representative]. She understood our situation and had the correct graphics we were looking for. By the way, the company we contacted first had graphics that looked like "stick figures” compared to what we saw at Quiring. [Your representative] was caring and attentive. She kept her commitments and delivered "as promised”. That quality is not found very often in the business world today. She is an asset to Quiring.
